And this is why; if one of our customers does not succeed in an exam we not only review that product instantly we also offer consolation to our unsuccessful customer by giving him/her a full Refund of the total Purchase amount or Another Product of choice on request. That is our Warranty.

All said and done, the button line remains, what is the guarantee that you will pass the exam by using our exam guides?

We value our customers and respect your privacy. We collect only email addresses of TestHorse Members (i.e. TestHorse website visitors who filled in the TestHorse registration form). We never purchase or sell our email addresses and only TestHorse Members' email addresses are recorded for mailings. We email our Members regarding purchases made, product updates, and announcements for new products being released. As always, you can opt-out of our mailings from within your Member's Area at www.TestHorse.com. Just log into your TestHorse Member's account, go to 'Account Settings' and uncheck 'Include me on your IT mailing list' checkbox.

TestHorse confidently stands behind all its offerings by giving Unconditional "No help, Full refund" Guarantee.

Since the time our operations started we have never seen people report failure in the exam after using our products. With this feedback we can assure you of the benefits that you will get from our products and the high probability of clearing the exam.

We still understand the effort, time, and money you will invest in preparing for your certification exam, which makes failure in the exam really painful and disappointing. Although we cannot reduce your pain and disappointment but we can certainly share with you the financial loss.

This means that if due to any reason you are not able to pass the actual exam even after using our product, we will reimburse the full amount you spent on our products. you just need to mail us your score report along with your account information to address listed below within 7 days of exam.

 

Please note that you can't claim a refund as the followings:

 

1. You have made a Wrong Purchase. Any refund request related to a wrong purchase will not be processed.

2. If the exam was written outside the specified date range.

3. The exam was provided to you FREE of charge.

4. After placed your order, you will not get full refund if failed your exam over 3 months
